I did the capsicum polenta too. I took Catherine's advice and left the polenta to sit for 10 minutes before serving, but it didn't seem to make a difference. The polenta was quite runny when served. It tasted OK, but not something I would try again.
This BLOG is Sarah, Lisa, Anna, and Mandy's cooking equivalent of Book Group. Each week one of us posts a recipe and the rest of us cook it and comment on it (with pictures).
This has been updated to be fortnightly as weekly was a bit too much.
Rules
Recipes should - - Use 15ml Tablespoon and 250ml cup - not be too time consuming (ie week night food) - contain readily available ingredients be vegetarian adaptable - not contain too much cream or rich dairy products (or have substitutions for these) - be seasonally appropriate - not have been tried by the sender previously - be sent out Thursday or Friday for making the next week - be photographed once made - have feedback provided for sharing afterwards, - what would be better, what substitutions or changes were made
